Watt Commercial Properties (WCP) is the owner and manager of 59 commercial and residential properties located throughout the Southwestern region of the United States and provides strategic management and leasing services for each. The operating portfolio includes 39 shopping centers, two office buildings, six apartment buildings, six industrial buildings and six mobile home communities. WCP cultivates long-term relationships with our tenants and homeowners by readily identifying and addressing their needs. The operating team has a deep-rooted knowledge of the markets in operates in, demonstrating a highly developed capacity to strategically position tenants and owners within suitable locations and communities.
The WCP team also focuses on development and redevelopment opportunities, primarily on the development of shopping center projects. Since its inception, the unit has secured development and redevelopment opportunities to bring the current pipeline to over 1,200,000 square feet. The team's goal is to create assets that increase in value and contribute to the welfare of the communities in which they are located. The development team works with the operating team, including the asset and property management and leasing units to successfully develop, manage and execute each project.
